Nirvana t-shirt – Kurt Cobain. This Nirvana t shirt features an image of rock icon Kurt Cobain. Cobain formed Nirvana with bass player Krist Novoselic in 1988 playing with a number of drummers before settling on Chad Channing. Nirvana released their first album Bleach” in 1989 which had limited success and upon beginning to write their follow-up album Cobain and Novoselic began to have musical differences with Channing. He left the band and was replaced by Dave Grohl. The resulting record was “”Nevermind”" which made the band an international success. Two years later Nirvana released what would be their last studio album “”In Utero”". Later that year Nirvana recorded an accoustic session for MTV that became a massive hit album “”MTV Unplugged in New York”". Cobain was suffering with heroin addiction and went into rehab in 1994 but less than a week later he escaped from the rehab clinic and returned to Seattle.
